Bug in Watch complication and no support from developers

The Apple Watch app (Natuve Iphone Watch app) doesnt show up the ESPN watch complication. The ESPN Watch complication can be however set on the Watch but get no automatic updates. If you dont launch ESPN application on the watch, the score on the complication can be the same for days...

Theres no support line at ESPN to fix this.

Need serious watch complication improvement.
